These terms and conditions apply to all bookings made with Seoul Photography Workshops. By completing a booking — which includes payment of the required deposit — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms set out below.

01
Bookings & Reservations
Workshops can be booked by submitting a registration form on our website. By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions in full. Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit.
Workshops are available as private workshops (one or multiple days) and group workshops (3-day and 5-day). 3-day and 5-day group workshops run on scheduled dates as listed on our website. Private workshops are available on request and are scheduled in mutual agreement between the guest and Seoul Photography Workshops. Private workshops can be arranged at short notice and are open to participants from 1 person onwards. Group workshops have a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 8 participants.
02
Payment, Deposit & Tour Confirmation
Workshop prices are listed on our website and are stated per person, inclusive of VAT (10%).
A deposit of 25% of the total workshop fee is due at the time of booking. Payment of the deposit secures your place on the workshop, subject to the go/no-go confirmation described below.
We will confirm whether a workshop is going ahead no later than 90 days before the start date. We strongly recommend that you do not book non-refundable flights, accommodation or other travel arrangements until you have received our go/no-go confirmation. Once a workshop is confirmed, it will run regardless of subsequent cancellations by other participants.
The remaining balance is due within 14 days of receiving our go/no-go confirmation.
If a workshop is cancelled by us due to insufficient sign-ups, your deposit will be refunded in full. If you cancel after receiving our go/no-go confirmation, please refer to Section 3 for our cancellation policy.
